A refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, and a sitting area in brand-new and reasonably large rooms were awesome.

Especially helpful and very helpful property staff like a manager. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was brand-new and large with spacious jacuzzi. It was nice to have a dishwasher, coffee/tea makers, and an oven available.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and particularly good, in a very nice area where you can find anything you need. Plus, it was adjacent to many restaurants, and garden.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. Really enjoyed a spa bath in my private bathroom.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect, surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes, and close to many attractions. The staff were amazing, providing us with room service and car hire options. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like a terrace and soundproofed rooms. The garden area and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing. The staff, including the manager, were so friendly and made us feel at home.

The Easter holiday atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complementary chocolate eggs and Easter baskets in the room added a nice touch. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The heating system was not effective, and we had to wear our jackets to breakfast. the overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, which made our stay uncomfortable.

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel in Trabzon. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms with a luxurious jacuzzi. Additionally, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel truly welcomed throughout my visit. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated in a lovely area where I could find anything I needed, from restaurants to shops. Oh, and I must not forget to mention the breakfast! It was simply delicious, offering a wide variety of items to choose from.

The lift was small, and we had to wait for long to get to our room. we had some issues at check-in, where they gave us a different room than the one we booked.
